Not at all! We’ll create your system to meet your needs and how you work. After the build is complete, I’ll walk you through exactly how to use everything, and you’ll have video tutorials and/or guides to reference anytime.
A Mini Build is perfect for bringing one specific idea to life—like a lead magnet, content planning system, or networking hub. It’s focused and streamlined.
A Full Build is your complete Notion HQ, organizing multiple areas of your business (clients, operations, content, etc.) in one interconnected workspace.

We start with a detailed strategy session where I learn about your workflows, pain points, and goals. I’ll ask questions about how you currently manage your work and what’s not working, then design a system that fits the way you work and meets your needs.
Depending on scope and complexity, Mini Builds typically take about 2 weeks from strategy call to completion, while Full Builds take about 4-5 weeks. I’ll provide a specific timeline based on your unique needs and keep you updated along the way.
Absolutely! Notion connects beautifully with most productivity tools. I’ll set up automations to reduce your manual work wherever possible.
If we can’t connect the integration directly in Notion, you can add on a Zapier automation for $100 per integration. I’ll create the automation in Zapier, test it thoroughly, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes:
– Mapping out the workflow between your tools
– Building and configuring the Zap(s)
– Testing to make sure data flows correctly
– Providing you with documentation on how it works
A free Zapier account works for most basic automations, but depending on the complexity and frequently it needs to run, we’ll determine together whether Zapier’s free plan will work or if you’ll need a paid plan.
Every project includes one round of revisions and follow-up support. After that, I offer ongoing maintenance packages or can make additional updates on an hourly basis at $85/hour.
